1. 01Set your rules onceWrite your booking policy in plain language — minimum deposit, cancellation window, no-show terms, age and ID requirements. Set your working hours day by day and decide how far out clients can book. You do this one time.
2. 02Share one booking linkDrop your link in your Instagram bio, your website, wherever. A client opens it and requests a spot. No back-and-forth in your DMs to figure out whether you have room.
3. 03The client agrees and pays the depositBefore anything lands on your calendar, the client reads your current policy, signs with a typed signature, and pays their deposit. The agreement is time-stamped and tied to the exact version they saw.
4. 04They see the piece before the appointmentAhead of the session, your client goes through the pre-appointment design experience — they see their piece previewed on their own body and leave feedback. The design gets dialed in before they're in your chair, not while the needle's out.
5. 05Finish up and send the final invoiceAfter the session, send a final invoice for the remaining balance, any add-ons, and an optional tip. Deposit, session payment, everything in one record for that client.
