FAQ
Questions, answered
When does Vandalsyn launch?
We're in a small, hand-picked beta right now. Join the waitlist and we'll email you the moment it opens to everyone — and you'll lock in 25% off your first three months if you go paid before March 1st.
What does it cost?
Per-seat pricing starting at $49 per seat per month, with a lower per-seat rate as a studio adds artists. There's a 14-day free trial and no card is required to start. See the Pricing page for details.
Does Vandalsyn take a percentage of my deposits or session payments?
No. Client deposits and final payments route directly to your own Stripe account and never pass through us. The monthly subscription is the only thing you pay Vandalsyn.
Do my clients need to download an app?
No. Clients open a link and everything — reviewing your policy, signing, paying the deposit, previewing their piece — works in a normal mobile browser.
Do I have to move my whole business over at once?
No. You can start by routing new bookings through Vandalsyn while your existing appointments finish out wherever they live now. Your booking policy, deposit amounts, and hours are all yours to set.
Can I use it with a studio or multiple artists?
Yes. Add a second artist to your account and studio tools — shared dashboard visibility, team management, commission tracking — turn on automatically. There is no separate studio tier to buy.
What happens to my data if I stop paying?
Your account freezes rather than deletes. You can't log in or take new bookings while frozen, but every project, message, and booking record stays intact and comes back if you reactivate.
Is my clients’ information private?
Yes. Design drafts and any reference photos a client uploads are visible only to the artist and client on that specific project, stored privately, and served through short-lived signed links — never at a public URL.
