About
Built for the way tattooers actually work
Vandalsyn is independent and founder-built. No investors steering the roadmap, no generic salon software with a tattoo skin on it.
Why it exists
Most tattoo artists run their entire business out of Instagram DMs, a notes app, a spreadsheet, a separate calendar tool, and a payment link they paste in by hand. Nothing talks to anything else. When a client asks what deposit they paid or what you agreed on three weeks ago, you go digging.
Vandalsyn puts the whole thing in one place: client messages, your booking policy and the record of the client agreeing to it, the deposit, the pre-appointment design experience, and the final invoice — one thread per client, start to finish.
Who's building it
One person, nights and weekends. Not a venture-backed team with a growth target — a solo founder building the tool they wished existed, talking directly to the artists using it. That's also why the beta is deliberately small: everyone in it gets the founder's direct attention, not a ticket queue.
What we don't do
We don't take a percentage of your deposits or session payments. Client money goes straight to your own Stripe account — it never passes through us. Vandalsyn makes money one way: a straightforward monthly subscription. That's the whole business model, and it keeps our incentives lined up with yours.
We also don't sell or share your data, and we don't use your designs, client photos, or messages to train anyone's AI models.
